- China Power Hub Generation Company (Pvt.) Limited (CPHGC) is a joint venture company formed by CPIH and HUBCO. CPHGC is setup as the special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the development, construction and operation of 2×660 MW Coal-fired Power Plant in Hub, Balochistan (hereafter referred to CPHGC 1320MW Project or the Project). The equity proportions of CPIH and HUBCO in CPHGC are 74% and 26%, respectively.
